Sorry to bring this post back up but I am in the market for these exact 2 exhausts. I've listened to some sound clips and I like agency power sound better, I just want to know if its full 3"? I do not want any kind of neck down.
I had the Agency, the muffler does look nice, but that mother is LOUD. I had a high flow cat but it was still just way too loud. Also I didn't like the angle of the tip with the stock rear bumper. Just didn't fit right. I sold it after a couple months.
Oh and yeah it's full 3" all the way. Did I mention it's loud?

Although the website does not say so, the Agency Power exhaust has 2 designs. The first design I believe was sort of like a beta design. It was 3 pieces, and no resonator. I heard some people had trouble with the fitment of that design. The newer design, the one that I have, is only a 2 piece exhaust (the axleback and the midpipe) and it has 1 resonator in it. Maybe that is why my exhaust tone is more tolerable, but the fitment of my Agency Power exhaust is flawless.
I confirmed this fact with someone from Agency Power themselves.
Were you talking about the angle that the exhaust exits the bumper? My Agency Power exhaust fits the USDM bumper perfectly and its long enough to not burn the bumper. I know that if I ever decide to go JDM rear bumper, I'm going to need to cut the exhaust, but it will exit the JDM rear bumper perfectly because the JDM bumper also has an angled cut out.
