Rubber washers for the 6 valve cover bolts

So about 2 weeks ago i removed my valve cover just for fun and when i was putting the first of the 6 valve cover bolts on i may have tightened the bolt to much because the rubber washer flattened and now oil leaks out of it, which isn't good.

So my question is, where can i find a replacement rubber washer, i've looked everywhere.

I would think you could get them on Mitsu. Or just find some kind of rubber washer that fits.

I have two of my bolts the dont even have one of those and havnt leaked yet.

You can remove those rubber washers and not have a leak. Check your valve cover gasket.

So even know its only leaking throught one that one bolt, it might be the whole valve cover gasket itself. I'll check it out, thanks for the help.

yup I would take the cover off and make sure the gasket is stuck to the grooves of the valve cover before installing it. Use some gasket sealer on the corners if it doesnt stay on.
