Question not sure if in right area..

Ok heres what i got for a question. My mods are in my sig.. Ok so i just got my car back from the shop. I live in Ct and i took it to CBRD in York PA. My buddy who lives in PA brought it down to me on Friday and i took him back to PA Saturday morning. The car was running fine both ways. Saturday afternoon i headed back to CT. About 100 miles into my trip the car started acting weird. When i would try to accelerate slowly or just cruise my AFR would go all outta whack and the car would just like almost lug.. ya know like it would start to go and then all the sudden the wide band gauge would slowly start to climb to 18.0 and then the gauge would read ---- for a bit and then the car would lug a bit and then slowly start to accelerate again. Starting out in first gear seems like the car has no power. I also noticed after i stopped and got gas that my service engine soon light is on, and no i have not had a chance yet to get the code read. Im just looking for ideas if anyone has ever experienced anything like this or similar to this before.
thanks for taking the time of reading this, and for those who answer thanks for taking the time to answer.

With more upgrades and more mods....there comes more worries. That's all have to say from personal experience.

will,

unhook the negative power cable.........

let the ecu reset.... the car was tuned on 93 octane, if there was some bad gas etc... the octane value in the stock ecu could have dropped and pulled timing....

let me know what you find.... other things to check are ic pipes etc...
