Holes?
What are the two holes on the Evo 9's bumper for? Are they fog lights or air ducts?

they are air ducts that "supposedly" work and cool the intercooler pipes down i saw on a mitsu video

They are not fog lights, that's for sure. I think they are air ducts or something for the performance.....I guess....hmmmm.
