I don't think thats a good way of comparing the reliability of a used car. Generally turbo cars have more parts and run hotter thus more likely to break down but there are much more important factors:

#1 Modifications: how much is done and whether they're done properly or not

#2 Previous owner's driving and maintenance habit

#3 Make, model, trim level and model year

Yeah you will have to drive it and see for your self....

when driving look for:

Alignment issues
Clutch Issues
Knocking sounds in motor
Idle issues
Leaking
Check to see whether the body panel bolts have been busted loose
also check under the car where you would jack it up at and make sure this thing wasn't ran off the road...

Stuff like that keep an eye out for..

Good Luck and keep us posted

For example, old turbo diesel Audis can rack up like 250k miles.

Toyota Supra and MR2 can hit 120k miles easily with just wear and tear items (like battery, timing belt) replaced. Of course I am talking about bone stock cars that are not driven hard.

Mazda RX-7 FD3S are quite unreliable until built, but thats because of the design flaw, ie. the delicate apex seals, not really have anything to do with having turbochargers.

Some 80's turbo cars have very ineffcient turbos and don't even have intercoolers, getting a totally different turbo kit and intercooler may fix reliability issues.
