Test Pipe Cel Fix Kit

Does anyone know a site where to get this other than ebay? It's suppose to eliminate the check engine light.

I found the Test Pipe EVO Cel Fix Hardwire
pad from JDM-spec.com. Has anyone heard any good things about this?
