Gotcha, RoadSpike.
BTW, looking at Mellon's site, I noticed that it said that it would take the boost cut off. Is this that thing where the boost tapers to 1 atmosphere as the revs climb?
Will Mellon's fix help maintain boost pressure? Because I heard you needed solenoids to keep the spool or something, since my car drops from 1.7 atmosphere to about 1...

Personally trying to mess with the stock solenoid system is such a PAIN in the butt, I prefer to have a MBC instead. But yes there are easy things you can do to keep the boost around 20psi all the way to redline with the stock system.

I don't turn off the boost cut, I simply raise it to a point to where it will not be in effect unless you accidentally overboost.
I also prefer a good mbc/ebc over the stock ecu boost control.
