I've been looking around for this answer for awhile now. I understand the SSL has leather and sunroof, thats about all I've gathered. Could someone fill me in here and possibly make this a sticky. What each model features vs. others. Thanks in advance!

You really should have searched:

SSL - leather, sunroof, stereo, HIDs
SE - aluminum roof, HIDs, different front lip, red seat stitching, BBS wheels
GSR - none of the above, but HIDs were standard in 03-04, IIRC, with the sunroof offered as an option.
