hey man i have seen people get almost 400whp with the stock nine turbo and meth with 93 octane on the highest reading dyno and a few that crossed 400 with really good or agressive tuners. the 91 is gonna really affect it so if you want more power with the stock turbo you should definetly do meth injection! but also dont be bummed because if your using a low reading dyno and get 20whp less than someone with the same mods...you still technically are the same. cobb is a great company though so im sure they will hook you up.

Is there anyone near you that has an EVO with an mbc? If so try swapping out the mbc to see if you hold boost better.

try testing for leaks again... there must be some logical answer. Your mods should make serious power.... you may need injectors soon. but regardless you should be way more whp even on the mustang dyno. Good luck!

so, just heard back from Solid Auto Works (the guys who did the installs) and they talked to Cobb about the problem. Cobb says it doesn't "act" like a boost leak. So, they've recommended that I get an after market actuator (that controls the internal waste gate). Forge makes one for the IX. I'll order it, put it on and let you guys know what happens.

269.9 at the very fine line of. You'd be on the ragged edge if you tuned it that high.
