Lope on cams....Any indication of cam size?

Hey guys, I just wanted to know if the lope of cams are any indication of how big or aggressive the cam is?

I have a set of Kelford 280/272 installed, but they don't lope as much as say, some Cosworth m3's that I've heard.

Does this mean that they're not as aggressive, or is this something that can be changed with the tune?

Thanks

Well yes the bigger the lope the more aggressive the cam but I do know that some of the lope in the idle can be tuned out if done correctly.

The lope in the idol is mostly mivec. You can make stock cams sound like 272s.

Ask your tuner to tweak your mivec if you want a lumpy idol
