Radiator cap

does anyone know the difference between 1.3 and 1.5?? it says 1.3 holds (18.5 psi)?? not too sure which one I should get

stay with the 1.3 bar which is standard; choose something stronger can lead to you blowing the cap off your radiator if pushed too hard (1.5 is rare and sometime used by pro racers for more cooling pressure)

I am thinking about buying a Ralliart 1.3 bar radiator cap, does increase in pressure really helps cooling efficiency? anyone can confirm this?
