I had a similar problem with a guy selling a civic for his mom in center city philly. the car looked like **** and he smoked in it and there were ashes all over the carpet. I wanted to punch him in the face because I applied for the loan and got the draft check from my credit union. I also took a day off from work and drove down there to get it. What a freaking waste of time.
