This is driving me crazy. I am trying to sell some things left over from my evo IX I traded in but the for sale forms says I'm not allowed to........why?

I've tried searching the threads for the requirements to qualify to sell but I can't find anything. I even pm'd the admin on saturday to ask why and still haven't received an answer. Please help.
