Noob Warranty Question

This is the first car I have ever bought with an actual warranty on it. I usually do all my own mechanical work, so I had a question on warranties. Does it void my warranty to do things like change my own oil? I was thinking of changing my oil after break in was over, but I dont want to have issues with a the dealership/warranty. Same question with future work, say something like brake pads or a clutch. Mainly disposable items that the dealer is not going to cover under warranty work and I would have to pay to get done.

changing Oil, brakes, clutch, windshield wiper blades, tires, and anything with normal wear & tear is your responsibility and won't be covered under dealership warranty.

There is no requirement to have nay pof hte services performed at any particular location, service center or dealer. All that is required is to have receipts (parts only are acceptable) to prove that the required minimum work was performed (fluid changes, tire rotations, etc) according to the service schedule in the owners manual.

So save receipts for oil, filters, etc. and keep a written logbook of when those services were performed with mileage.
