second newbie post..
well, I am now 22, and have wanted an evo since the 8 came over to the US - could just never afford one obviously. now that I am able to, people have been telling me its time for me to get a 'bigger' car (bigger than my is300).. like the evo is for younger people - im ONLY 22 lol.. family thinks i should get a new 3 series or is350, but I can't get my eyes off the evo - i have wanted one for too long.. just around knoxville, tn you don't see many imports.. so nobody fully understands an evo or wrx
sorry I am just venting i guess.. i am just excited to get the evo, and people telling me i am wrong in getting one kinda bursts my bubble.. still have a few months before i can buy anything, so I am trying to make sure i am making the right decision.. i'll need a car to last me a couple years and take me on vacation 3-5 times (FL, maybe farther), i have a tundra I can drive, but I don't trust her to take me anywhere far lol (a lottttt of miles on her).. i don't drive hard either, so i think the evo could be there for me
sorry for the rant, just needed to hear from some evo owners to get me pumped again lol..

Hey welcome to Evom
, everything you need to know
about the evo can be found here just make sure to look around
I can relate to being "pressured" into buying something other then an evo,
being from KY and not having many Evo's or STi's down here. Everyones either
a mustang driver or some ricer down here. I think that you should just buy
what you want, dont let anyone try and tell you different, if you want the evo so
bad then just get the evo, you wont go wrong with it.
I hope you find the answer your looking for
