new guy

signed up to the forum because im looking to possibly buying a evo9. waiting until the lease is up on my girls car, than goin to look for an evo. was that of a integra type r. i love honda, dont get me wrong, but the theft rate has been going up like crazy. 4 of my friends cars have been stolen. one even in broad day light at this work. so the evo is someting im def leaning towards, except very new to the scene.

just a quick ques in terms of repairs, can the cost of repairing them be pricey? i know with any car, it going to cost money, but was wondering if evos can be a little more pricey than the norm. someone was tellin me a new clutch job on one could cost least 1k...for example.. but thoght rather ask people that have them to see wat they think ~ gustavo

Yes and No. I do everything myself so that saves money, if you can do that then it's not so bad. When things start breaking they can be pricey.

Why no get one from a dealer with factory warranty?
