Well looking at the licence plate it says "Lancer iO" so I googled it and it seemed to be a 2008 model for the Taiwanese market.

I didn't read that much into it, that's just what the first site I went to said.

Sounds interesting. I wonder if the iO is the taiwanese version of the Lancer ralliart? I'll have to check into that.
