maybe you have your vacuum line hooked up wrong to your bov wrong, or the spring is too tight or something cause that sounds like some mean comp. surge. i would wanna get that straightened out man before you damage your turbo at all.
is that the quiet version or bullet version of buschur's catback. any clips of you driving with it, wot, etc?

the vacuum line is on right. I thought you dont half to ajust the hks ssq?
it is the bullet version it was supper windy that day and my girlfriend coverd the mike on the camera when i gave it to her.
will put up a vid of me driving inside and out side.
lol yeah the exhaust sounded quieter than most bullets i have heard so i figured maybe it was the quiet version.
i think you might be right that the ssqv doesnt need to be adjusted but i dont know what else would be inhibitiing it to blow off. it sounds like it wants to open, and stutters for a minute but cant open. almost like there isnt enough vacuum pulling on it, or the spring is too tight or something.
not sure man, im still on stock bov, and i dont have any problems. no surge at all, and blows off consistent at pretty much all boost levels, part throttle, full throttle etc.
maybe send hks an email with your video in it, and see what they say?
