Hey everyone i been looking for a lil while and cant decided on a White or black evo.. Theres a White evo Mr but cant tell if its a eight or nine worndering if u guys can help me out.. AND i found a 06 evo9 MR SE Black.. i cant decided i love noth colors i know black is a full time job to keep it looking fresh and CF doesent look as nice as on the white same think with the JDM Back bumper.. but I love the black with gold rims...Let me know wat u guys think and thanxs for all the help guys cant wait to get my hands on a EVO

i got a grey one.. its cool n all but i would defenitely go with the white.. plus isnt it cheaper anyway?

 

i have a black and i am glad i have that color. i have a few friends with white ones however that look really good

 

The white one is a IX, unless they went all out on a body kit.

*edit - btw, the black or cf wing (can't tell from the pics, but it looks cf) isn't standard on the IX.

I realized I never did cast my vote. I would go with the black.

 

the black one looks really nice to but its so hard to decided what makes me not pick the the blank one hands down is that CF looks so sick on white and the JDM looks really nice on white then black. but black with gold looks so sick....and i havent seen a black evo in my area.

 

I have black, but If I could have found the same car in white I would have picked white. White looks good doesn't show dirt, and is less conspicuous.

The white one is a ix mr and it is a 6 speed. THe the side supports on the wing are either aftermarket, or have been painted, because stock they would have been white.

 

i have a white one, and had a black civic, and when black is looking its best its one of my favorite colors for cars ever. but it didnt stay nice for very long, white seems alot easier to keep clean now and even when its dirty it looks cleaner than my civic ever did when it was kinda dirty. and white with carbon fiber is pretty much awesome. but i haven't seen a black evo in person so its hard to say, i'm really happy with my white, and i think whatever one you can get a better deal on you'll be happy with that one too

 

Very true get the one that you get a better deal on. I got black, because it had 4000 miles. I couldn't find a white one with low miles.

I was in the same place where you are. I got a black se, the white has a really clean look on the evo. I just think black have the aggressive look overall. Like everyone said, you can't go wrong with both.

If you plan to drive a lot on the highway, go with the MR. That's the only thing I wish I had. I didn't think that I would drive as much on the highway.

 

I know what people are saying about WW with CF, but I like CF on GG or Black. It seems like more of a sleeper look. I suppose with age I'm not looking to be as noticed with the contrast.

Of course I have AS with CF and while I do like the look, hindsight being 20/20, I would have gone GG.

 

the black one is a heck closer then the whie one... i think i am going with just because i cant talk to the owner off the car..then dont know wat a iam getting with white one...the votes are about the same...
