Just bought Evo X GSR SSS!

I am happily making the change from a G35 coupe (that was well loved) to a new Evo, and would like to just say hello to everyone! I am going to immediately begin modifying the car, and would like to hear any suggestions on the best mods, etc...I will obviously be doing a lot of research on this site before purchases! Thanks, Friends!

I hope everyone has a great weekend! Gotta love a new FI ride--even though I may replace the turbo sometime soon! LOL.

Why wait one year, specifically? In other words, what exactly occurs in one year? I thought that basic bolt ons, such as exhaust, etc., wouldn't effect the warranty....so, will any mod whatsoever create issues with my warranty? And would I have this problem for the whole period that my car is under factory warranty?? Thanks for the info!

be careful, mitsu will void the warranty if you have mods.. they usually say mods=abuse so its your fault your having issues, thats why you may want to wait a little before modding and make sure you get any issues that come up fixed under warranty. i went through the same sh*t at acura, you could mod and go back to stock if anything happens, then bring it in.

Thanks for the suggestions! Once I have given it a little time, and my car has proven to be reliable, I wanted to know what exhaust set up is preferred amongst you guys? I had the HKS titanium catback on my G35, along with Berk Tech Metallic HFC's, but I really like the way the Perrin matte black exhaust looks! Is it a nice exhaust, and do they have a turbo-back set up?? Thanks, Friends! I am also looking to buy some BBS or Volk rims (I had GTC's on my G35) and would like to know a good resource for buying all of these parts at a killer price for the Evo!
