Yeah, FAIL thats horriable. Personally if I HAD to mount the front plate I would put it next to the Mitsu emblem on the pas side.

I have the bracket on the driver side for my required front plate. I have no idea why anyone would see that as a good idea.

LOL the guy doesn't know how an intercooler works. even if he did that on a car that wasn't a turbo, that would impede radiator cooling. so i guess that guy just doesn't understand the whole air-flow/cooling-is-important thing in general

 

If you saw me parked on the street you could make a thread just like this one. The secret is that mine is only mounted there with zip ties and I cut it off every time I drive it. It's just a precaution against meter maids.

Maybe this guy does the same thing.

 

It looks like there are bolts on the top of the plate when you compare it to the holes on the bottom....
