Major diffrences in these two years? Its come down to a 2004 silver with SSL with only 16,000 miles or a 2006 white, with 29,000 miles w/o leather...

Evo 9 > 2005 evo 8 > 04and03 evo 8

 

Any Issues I should look at on the 2004, it does have very low miles also, which one would you all pick?

i'd go for the IX. the VIII might have lower miles but 29,000 miles is still pretty good for a 2006.

 

Well I just found out the 2006 was sold an hour ago. So the 2004 will be her. Is the 2004 a bad car, why so many suggestions for 2006? Will I be happy? It has leather, sunroof, cruise, infiniti etc.....

 

get the 9 but then again 8z are the record holders.....

i swear i dont understand why people a selective group on this forum have it in there mind the evo 9 is better than the evo 8. Majority of the record holding evos are 8s the only real difference that matters is the evo 9 turbo. The mivec is really not all that. Thats why we have cams for and thats why we have turbo upgrades. if your gonna keep it all stock no mods at all just exterior or interior. Nothing enginewise done i can see how the evo9 wins out easily but if your going to mod it i would say evo 8 ftw. I mean you really cant go wrong its a Evo you already won making that choice just all this 9 is better crap is total bull

p.s btw i have seen plenty of POS evo 9s as well as evo8s
