ive been reading here abot how mitsu is screwing evo owners on their warrantees due to modding.
i was wondering has this been the case for any regular lancer owners? i want to put on an intake but being i have only had this car a month i dont think i want to void any warranties just yet


and on a totally unrelated note. What does DSM stand for/ mean, i know its used alot when reffering to eclipses and talon but other than that im clueless

 

mitsubishi dealerships are like pissed off greasy live fish!!!!!!! dont ask. my point is yes they will do you right in the poo shoot if you give 'em a chance. you can install a short ram or just put a filter on and let it hang as long as the mas stays it doesnt void the warranty. another thing is i was kinda curious where your head was or is this the first time you have gotten on the internet or left your house. DSM??? first i would not have been able to do that to myself i would have ran a search. and i do apologize for busting you out like this, but maybe you will run a search next time. look at the mistu symbol........hhhhhhmmmmm diamonds in the shape of a star and theres a motor there too. ok i will quit. diamond star motors/motorsports. sorry to have been an *******.

mitsu cars are very new to me and being a nissan person for so long i never cared to get info on them
you try putting dsm in the search engine, i tried it and there was 808 topics to sort thru and most of them were references to eclipses and talons So there!!!

 

thats cool man. i understand. i think nissan has a stronger line of aftermarket parts and there engines overall are better than mitsubishi. why did you convert??

 

after my fourth sentra i realized that the b15 chassis cars (2000 - current) suck. the aftermarket is really starting to support them but those damn thing fall apart when you mod them (thats if they work properly to begin with). i got tired of paying to get my damn car towed to the dealership and the retarded techs couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car, they wanted to keep it till they could recreate the problem. nissan is doing some really weird **** with their cars now that renault owns them and i dont think its for the better
