Little kids car huh? Im 27 and I love the evo every bit of it. m5 is a hella nice car but you don't have to say evo is a little kids car. I can see myself driving the evo even when im 50 years old and the next generation will say that OG is hella gangsta.

The M5 is a beautiful car, but I personally would just save my money and stick with the Evo. The Evo is good enough for me. Once my Evo dies, I think I'll buy a used E92 M3, a used SVT Cobra or a used Z06.

stop hatin and post some PICS !!

I had an E46 M3 and liked it very much and had zero issues with it.

Personally I would get a 4 door 09 M3. `100 less HP but I think its a better buy.

Congrats on your new Beemer

^Honestly that means absolutely nothing. We're talking about a 500HP sedan, I'm pretty sure the demographic of buyers put fuel economy some where near - no where. The conclusion to this thread is:

An M5 is one hell of a car as the price reflects. But an Evo is no slouch on it's own although it does not deserve the insults by the OP.

At the end of the day if anyone here is really taking what he's saying personally, enough to warrant degrading a car like the M5, you need to do a bit of maturing.

Pure ignorance. A few bitter Evo owners doesn't warrant you to call the Evo a matchbox. If that's the case, you were driving that matchbox not too long ago. And a M5 is far from a supercar. More power to you for bein on ya grown man ish and steppin ya game up but don't let that German engineering get to ya head.

id say he bought it...he already has the mentality of a BMW driver...

a local guy in our Evo club sold his evo and got an E36 M3 and 06 M5....the M5 is pretty nice...but he misses the evo and is considering selling the M3 and getting another evo...
