New Evo Break-In?

First - I HAVE SEARCHED!

So how long have you all gone before going WOT and letting her rip? What does MMNA say? I know something about not going above 5000rpm for a while but how long?

I plan on changing the oil at 1000 miles or after the MMNA period.

drive it like you stole it from michael schumacher. don't go over 5000rpms until after the 1st 800 miles.

There are so many theories of the correct way to break in an engine. I would personally just drive it like you stole it...no matter how many miles are on it. Its not going to break.

I know with Cessnas you need to run the engine at a very high RPM when it is rebuilt per Cessnas recommendations.

They make planes so I try to agree with them.
