RRE $20 takes the back O2 out of the exhaust path and fools it into thinking there is a cat still in.
If the engine and trany was repaired under warranty carfax should know if not how does the Misu dealership know? Misu also has a 12 month warranty on replacement parts even major parts. You could also try to get carfax to buy the car from you, they do have the guarantee.

The ticking if it's engine speed related may be the rivets holding on the friction material sliding on the flywheel pressure plate... that’s bad

i don't think its engine speed related. even if its idle or moving (makes no difference) it just sometimes make a weird ticking clicking noise. very rapid. clicking noise and only when the clutch is pushed in even a little. also thank you for the information involving the carfax. im gonna contact them as soon as i can.

i had the same noise u had, it was loud at idle or driving, when clutch pushed down, it would dissappear, 2 weeks later the car stopped in the middle of the highway... i went to my mechanics and they find out theres non fluid in the tranny.... figures that the previous shop that did my clutch+flywheel job didn't refill the tranny fluid.
