FMIC on the ground.

ok. i was driving to school with my wife, and i heard a scraping sound. i thought it was my full cat, but really, it was my fmic. some odd reason why. there was only one place that was holding the fmic. well when i looked outside to see what it was. that was it. my fmic and the other side of the lower pipe was on the ground. it scraped the pipe and i went over a speed bump. but its good that there wasnt a hole.

but yeah the problem is. is there only one place (which is located in the middle of the top fmic) where its suppose to hold the fmic? how would you fix this problem?

Oh yeah, i had to tie the fmic up in order to come home

there should be 2 more mounting points on the side of the intercooler. What kind of intercooler is this?

you have one screw up top and two on the sides if you need more mounting holes below the intercooler there are screw holes you can get some L brackets and place them there with the screws and that will hold it from the bottom as well just like the aps intercooler. I dont see why you need more. I have a aps intercooler missing those L brackets ming is held on by top screw and the lower annd upper intercooler pipes and i have not underbody panel either. Well i will this WEEK THANKS GARAGE HRS anyways its been like that for ONE YEAR as of today and has not dropped or showed signs of dropping i think it was not bolted up correctly to begin with. recheck and retighten and you shoudl be fine
