That's an article...and what do you mean, how to mod? Like instructions?

Oh yeah, welcome.

Things like changing light bulbs, or installing intakes....I tried to looking for articles but I can't seem to find any. Do I have to get the technical menu from the dealer?

I think it'd make most sense to worry about installation instructions for when you have the parts. Simple bolt on parts (intake, header, exhaust) will have instructions (although quality of them will undoubtedly vary from company to company, and that's also assuming they give you directs, since well, something like an exhaust is simply getting underneath the car and undoing a few bolts) and they will be similar for all cars but each car will have a certain caveat that perhaps another car doesn't. As for things like light bulbs you can get a dealer manual or one of those blue automotive manuals (can't remember the name...gr...) from any auto store.
