my 03 evo for some reason when my turbo tries to engauge doesnt. it spools from the sound n my rpms shoot up but nothing happens.taking it to mitsu on monday but if anyone has suggestions help please. n there is a weird noise like rattling comming from the engine bay.

 

i'd be willing to bet it's a very burnt clutch...rattling could be a blown throw out bearing.

get an exedy twin and call it a day...don't take it to the stealership
