Hey folks,

Proud to be the EvoMs newest Evo IX member. Been registered on this site for some time, mainly as a lurker. Just took delivery of my new Evo Friday night, an Apex Silver '06 GSR with 19k miles and basic bolt ons. Ill post some pics as soon as I can.

Although a newbie to Evo's, definitly not a newbie to cars or the site. The Evo is my 24th car in ten years since I started driving and owning cars (yes....ALOT). I've owned alot of Hondas, 3 1G AWD DSM's (my '92 TSi AWD went 12.67 @ 107mph on the stock 14B), 1 2G GSX AWD, a MKIII Supra, and my most recent a 700hp MKIV Supra. I currently own the Evo and a Daytona Blue '06 Nissan 350Z thats 90% stock.

Anyways, great to be an owner and great to take part more in this community as I build my new Evo. Thanks for looking!

You are in luck, You are within driving distance of English Racing and Extreme Turbo Systems. Lucas, Aaron, Billy, Michael and the others will be happy to help you meet your goals for the EVO. If you haven't had it tuned and have intake and exhaust mods, you owe it to the engine to get a tune to match your A/F ratio, timing, and octane. English Racing dyno days are a great way to get a dyno graph and a tune.

 

Yeah, well familiar with Lucas from my DSM days. I've owned 3 AWD 1Gs and a 2G GSX. The car has a flash already, bu I do plan on mod'n alot more soon so I will be taking a trip there shortly. Very impressive what he's done in his black VIII, just shows the great potential these cars have.
