Hey Evo-People. Hope you're all doing well.

First thing...and I'll just come out and say it....I don't own an Evo. My primary reason for coming here is to inform those of you in NC of a Charity Event we're putting on. Hopefully the mods will allow that to be posted.

That being said....I do like the Evo and have been considering one on and off as a new daily. Something that in it's stock form will be enough to keep me from messing with it. I know....impossible you say. lol. I heard the same from the Subie folks.

Anyway....I currently own a 2004 Nissan 350Z that I've started tracking this year. I'm getting ready for my 4th event and this really brings me to why I'm looking at the Evo. The Z is headed for track-only status. It's coming...it's just a question of when. It's already starting to loose it's civility and we'll be throwing what's left out the window come the spring.

So....I hope the mods will let me lurk and read....and post up about my charity event. It's for a great cause and it'll be a fun day of driving for all involved.
