Looking to buy an 04 EVO VIII

hey guys, newb here lol
well anyways, im looking into buying an 04 evo VIII at a
local dealer here(El Paso TX) it has about 66,100 miles and
theyre asking about $16500 for it. my question is,
what should i be looking for when i go check it out and when i test drive it?
is it a good deal and what will i have to buy or change right off the bat if i do decide to go for it? it comes with cold air intake and cat-back exhaust according to the "seller's note" and i know the ppl that buy evos aren't grannys driving to the grocery store and back lol
k thanks

I also recently looked at an evo. Had a cold air tbe and turb timer. There were switches for the neons inside the dash, that used to be on the car, that were cut, and other loose wires. Just check it over i'd say.

Check to see if the timing belt has been done, and is it still running the stock clutch? Those 2 things alone are $about $2k with install
