Okay, here is what I got so far:

AEM short Ram intake

I would like to do a Dynoflash or some type of ECU Mod, but I live in So Cal and not sure where to go. Who does tuning here and what is the price I should expect to pay.

I get deals on parts, but not on tuning for AWD cars.

Any help would be greatly appreciative...

hey i'd say hold off alittle on ecu upgrades, there is talk of socal getting the chance to have the dynoflash guys come out.

 

What does a Dynoflash consist of, and what is the price?

 

Call RMR in Huntington Beach - see if you can get them to get Tadashi at Technosquare to hook you up. He did my car and it runs better than stock (plus a 30whp bump on the dyno). As for the other mods listed, I would go for the intercooler piping and then an intercooler upgrade. After that, upgrade your fuel delivery (fuel pump and injectors). By that point you should be making big power. Do the rest if you want insane power. Me - I'm stopping around 380-400whp. That's plenty.

Sorry Justin, I guess the mods thought I was little to stern with my referal to the search function. However, if you had any idea of how many: "what mods should I do, I have $x what should I buy, how do I make my car faster" posts there are here daily you'd understand.

 

True...The problem I have is everyone's situation is different, I should have been more specific on what my goals are...How about this:

Budget: $1000 or less
Goal: Increase HP and keep it a daily driver.

To keep it under $1000, I would definitely get reflashed. If you can make it $1200, get the intercooler pipe and the reflash. I have that same setup (including the rest of your stuff) and I am VERY happy.

 

Did RMR do your reflash? I guess I will need to make a trip down there. I was born in HB and grew up there....Time to make a visit....

 

RMR is in HB. you can chat with the guys from SoCalEvo.net they have some better ideas of what is happening in socal.
