Hi everyone
I read the threads for a long time. Finally, I decided to say hello
I have my own evo from April this year. It's Evo VIII Eu 260. Slowly beginning to feel the lack of power and preparing to modify, and bringing some horses for my Lancer.
this my Evo after bought:

First I've installed Red Staff pads front and rear (guess worse than OEM) and changed brake fluid for RBF660.
Than i've installed cat-back 3" exhaust. There was no difference in acceleration, so few weeks later i modyfied exhaust to full decat 3" (just lackin' 3" downpipe).

I am just looking for new parts for my Evo to make it faster for new season.
Plans:
1st step kellford 272, kevlar timing belt to make sure all will be safe, downpipe 3", o2 housing, fuel pomp + change ECU
2nd step will be probably ARP studs and bolts, exhaust manifold, bigger intercooler, fuel injectors, maybe racing bearings
3rd step probably will be FP Green and maybe bigger valves
Hope i will end step 1 before spring come
