2006 evo warranty

Does anyone know if i add a K&N Intake to my evo if it will void the factory warranty on the car?

yep they will try to get away with anything in order to not fix your car. All you have to do is put the stock air box when you take it to warranty and you should be fine

These cars came with a 10/100 for the original owner and 5/60 for anyone else so (assuming it hasn't been voided for mods yet). My car has 46k on it and has minor seepage through a rear diff seal so I'm going to bring it in and cross my fingers they cover it.

i have warranty until 60,000 miles or 5 years. Which isnt a lot but its better than nothing ill be taking it to mitsu to get the car checked and replace anything under warranty that needs to be replaced.

Jus don't let mitsu find out your fine. I blew my trans and put my whole car back to stock, got the warrenty to cover every thing.
