Evo 9 tails

I was looking to replace my Evo VIII's altezzas with Evo 9 tails but I am not sure about the difference between the years? What is the difference between the JDM MR and the USDM and the USDM MR's? Or the difference between the 8 MR and the 9 MR?

I was just going to get a pair of the 9 tails.

Don't know if this is a reputable site. The 9s will just bolt on correct?

They are knock offs. You can find those on Ebay all the time, and for cheaper than that.

Evo IX tails will bolt on just fine. You live in California, there are tons of tails on sale here that you can probably find on the forums. Check the marketplace of norcalevo.net.

Anyway to know for sure that they are in fact not replicas vs being replicas? I don't want to get ripped off

Had you ever thought about painting your tails? There are a few guys on the forums who do that for you for a reasonable price.

yea i think there is a seal mark that says stanley in the lower corner of the taillight look at yours. My question to you is why waste money why not just take your tails apart and paint them etc or send them to somebody to do it for you. plenty of folks on this site that can do it for you for a small fee if you dont feel confortable. here are my old evo 8s painted up i added a black border trim around the lights as well give it some flavor

Painter tails look tight, save the money and have someone do em for you or better yet (I think), just do them yourself!

I have seen a bunch of painted ones that look sweet!
