Why would you want to go to a smaller wheel? The wheelbase and the chassis on the X is relatively large even the stock 18s on a lowered car appear small to me at times. A 4ukc mentioned, I am having doubts that the IX wheels will clear the Brembos.

they won't fit for sure unless you put evo 8/9 front rotors on, it's possible. Find some snow tires on craigs list locally. If you're getting 2 ft. of snow locally is it even worth driving around? Get a ride from someone and call it a day.

lol he's got a point though haha.It might be better to just find a ride instead of, possibly, overspending because you NEED them.

It's not that bad driving around.
I've been gliding all over with a friend in his STI on advans all day, and a kid in an Audi with potenzas.
You can drive with yourr tires just fine in the wether if you drive carefully.
Its snow..not frozen ice. You wont slip bad yet.

Im in philly too. Where are you located?
Your not the Grey MR Parked on allegheny huh?
Did you happen to put a video on youtube of snow driftin btw? I saw a grey X from philly on there when i was going through fresh uploads of evo vids.

Why are your panties so tight? Seriously, I gave you a piece of advice, how else should I have said it? Do you want me to hold your hand? Or should I say yea, go and buy the Evo 9 rims that wont fit over your calipers, etc etc.. lol
