turbo xs bov question??

Hey I went to clean up under the hood today and apparently I have a turbo xs bov. Its running recirculated right now. my question is, is this a quality bov? Also I know that running vta is not recommended but does recirculated have any issues? thanks guys

Running a recirculated BOV will not cause any issues, it is what the car was set up from the manufacturer to do. You need to recirculate the air because the MAF is keeping track of how much has been passed through to use the correct fuel spray flow. If you run VTA you should have speed density tuning, or be running a different stand alone engine management setup.

I do not know the quality of a turbo xs BOV, but anything recirculated should be fine, as long as its not leaking.

Turbo smart BOV are all good. I run 50/50 VTA on a tune with minimal issues. The evo owned by the shop that I frequent runs high boost at 600 wheel with no issues.

I am sure you can or will find other members that claim they suck and what not, but I have had one on my VIII and IX with no problems.''

They match the valve cover color as well and shine up nice

sorry, had to edit and post that I was reviewing and realized that you said turrbo xs instead of turbo smart
