Nope, had a deposit on the car and was flying down to NC to pick it up this weekend. Steve had some issues with the car and decided not to sell. I am not a happy camper right now.

what kind of issues?? it sucks but at least he is honest he could have sold it knowing the problems and said as is no warranty you deal with it. so thank him for that there are plenty of modded evos for sale in the forums anyways just look in there but that manifold was bad *** Fullrace or custom tubular stock frame manifold for the win

 

Here's the story he just told me: Car had rear fenders cut and rolled. He had someone test drive the car with people in the back and the Wheels rubbed fairly bad and tires were cut and flattened. (chipped the paint slightly on the fenders too he said) Wrong offset wheels he said. Not sure when he can have it fixed and told me he probably is gonna keep it now. Not sure if it's the truth or not but I'm pissed. I got the loan from my bank, was booking my plane to NC tomorrow and had my Audi S4 sold!!! (had to look like a fool and back out!!!) WOW!!!!!

its cool dude sounds kind of like BS to me. how could you even mount the rims and drive if that was going on sounds like somebody did a hack job on rolling etc. Im not a fan of that crap but to each his own there are plenty of evos and dont send the loan back as it will be difficult for you to get another one. Just fine another evo around that price range and keep on going ill be happy to help you find one if you want to give me your creteria for one. there are plenty of good ones out there man. dont let this keep you down besides maybe it was a blessing in hiding so you can get something better if you want to pm me your number we can talk and see whats up
