Introduction/ Evo SE Question
Hey Guys, I'm new here, Let me introduce myself real quick if anyone should care. I'm Mickey and I kill the streets just outside of Philly. Represent east coast.
But anyway to my question, I was in a little debate with my friend today, just how rare are the Evo IX Special Editions? He's trying to tell me they aren't even rare and they just say that. So please help me put this to rest. Thanks!

No one has numbers on these, so it's hard to say. It was simply a trim offered by Mitsubishi for the GSR and MR models, so who knows how many dealerships placed orders for these for customers or to maintain inventory.
It's been my experience that when I was shopping for a GSR (5 speed transmission) with the SE trim, it was the most uncommon of the two. It's my assumption that this was due to the tendency of people to *go all out* when buying and get the MR-SE since it's got all the bells and whistles (from a performance stand point, the SSL has the sound, sunroof and leather which would be considered *all out* from a comfort/luxury stand point.)
Either way, what does it matter?
