What else do I need before a tune?

I am looking to set up a date for a tune within the next few weeks. I am curious if there is anything else I need before going since I purchased all the parts and the parts they will be installing before the tune.

Currently installed..
Apexi TBE, ebay O2 housing
Injen intake and UICP
ETS LICP
IX BOV
Hallman MBC
Weapon R Oil Catch Can
ETS 3.5" FMIC
Also, a Cobb AP which I plan to un-marry and then just have the ecu flashed.
OEM Boost gauge

What I will be having the shop install before the tune..
Install Cobb DP, Megan TP
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump

If you can think of anything else that would be needed, for example exhaust gaskets, but I assume the shop would have them in stock. I'm looking for things like will the oem donut gasket which is used for my current ebay O2 and apexi 2.5 DP set up able to work with the new 3" cobb DP.

Also, if anyone wants to throw out numbers for what power I can expect to make on a mustang or dynojet at around 22-24psi. I am not 100% sure where I will be going because I have so many prominent tuners in my location lol.

And if anyone could give me a rough estimate for the cost of the above items needing to be installed and then tuned.

I appreciate the comments!

how about injectors and a fuel rail to go with the pump?

Also I would do cams; springs and retainers too if it is in your budget, then tune.

I am not looking to do any further modifications at this time. The next step, which will be much down the road would be to finish off all bolt on modifications such as cams, spring, retainers, fuel rail, and injectors.

Basically, what I mentioned above is all I want to have at this time.

Mods list looks good.

Here is a lil check list to do before gettin a tune.

- Do a boost leak test and make sure your car has no boost leaks.
- Make sure plugs are new & properly gapped.
- Make sure your car has no exhaust leaks. Check for exhaust soot where pieces of the exhaust system connect.
- Make sure your downpipe is not hitting (rattling) the engine, transfer case or cross bars.
- Make sure all vacuum hose connections are zip tied/clamped.

Cool, thanks. I will be installing the FMIC within a week so I was going to check all clamps then. The reason I am replacing my current DP is because it was hitting the TC and it also is only 2.5".

I currently have 48,000 miles on the car, I am not in need of spark plugs yet am I, or should I just have them changed?

Also, what spark plugs are preferred? NGK BPR7ES?

I'm not too sure what else you would need, but I know you weren't sure where to go for your tune. I would highly recommend CBRD Speed Factory. Not too far away from you and they will take good care of you. Plus, if you give them a ring and tell them your situation I'm sure they would be glad to lead you in the right direction. Good Luck!
Here's their website:

You can see pricing on their website as well.

Let's meet up and take a ride down to CBRD when you are ready. That way I can pick up a BBK too.

Also If running higher boost levels, I like the BPR8EIX
