Hi everyone. I've been dreaming of an evo since 17, i researched and researched, spent hours reading about them, finally 2 years later my dream came true. Got myself exactly the type of evo that i wanted the most. Red 2006 IX MR. I got it on auction, still gotta fix it up, pretty good deal tho. its fully stock as well. I've been a subaru guy for the past year and a half, still drive my WRX and i love it too, but to be honest, the only reason i bought a wrx back in 08 is cuz i was only 18 and couldnt afford an sti or evo, but my wrx is almost as fast as evo, so it worked out well anyways i'm really happy to finally own an evo, gonna sell my subaru and make the best out of my MR

is yours really an MR tho, pictures dont really show that..

 

oh wow, both 19 year olds with wrx's and IX MRs, thats pretty sweet. Yeah its for sure an MR, the shift knob is 6 speed, has the MR logo on the console under the shift knob, and on the trunk.
Just too bad i gotta wait another month to drive it. Took wrx to the track today. It rained. Turned around and went home lol. really sucked. wanted to see how much faster is a stock evo. my rex should be about 13.5 now

 

I had a wrx when i was 19 and sold it for a s2000. Now i'm 22 with an Evo. I love the Evo.

 

Oh I see. Well I guess i skipped over the hondas and beat you to the Evo lol. But yeah I never even driven one yet but love them alot! Cant wait to get behind the wheel

 

Once your behind the wheel boost is always addicting. I hit boost atleast 3-4 times a day lol.

 

that it? i, like many other im sure, are in boost at least that before even halfway to work, lol.

Oh I'm sure I will. I wanna get a C-West front bumper like from ebay or something, but dont know how to install it properly, doesnt come with pre-drilled holes or anything
