Thumbs up money to spend?

YAY im getting an evo soon and i cant wait! my question for you guys is, i will proly have around 2000 dollars to spend on mods when i first get the car... with that amount of money i want to do all performance mods to try to get the most power to the wheels possible for that price . what should i get? i know some about turbo cars but if people on here could tell me what are the good parts to get and what brands are good for the evo that would be really helpfull. so tell me guys how much power am i looking at after 2000 invested .... and what does it take to get me there? thanks alot - nick ( newbie )

turbo back exhaust and a good boost controller (EVC5 is nice, Blitz SBCID is nice, as are others). You will never get more bang for your buck than these 2 things!

As for brands, lots of choices, so far all have proven good. Its mainly about how its constructed, whether its US or Japanese made (or other), material use (midl steel, stainless, titanium), and the overall style.

I would go with a good manual boost controler, turbo back 3" exhaust, a SAFC II, air filter, and some dyno time. Should get you over 300 HP at the wheels.

guys, i am just wondering, doesn't turbo back void warranty?

i want one too, but am afraid of the warranty issue.
