strut bars??
What is the benifit of strut bars, frint and rear? And is there any reason not to buy the cheap *** ones on ebay? I understand they reduce body roll. I am lowering my car 1.7" w/ progress springs, so I think this is something I should do, but I am not well informed on the subject.

the ones on ebay arent reliable cuz sometimes they dont fit. Like you said, they reduce body roll and make handeling corners a little more friendlier. The rear one...Sway bar does the same thing, but if you upgrade the sway bar its best to upgrade the perches too cuz they will break if you dont.
