fluid change, suggestions?

Im going to change my fluid this week and I have heard numerous times to stick with oem but then there is people who swear but redline or ams oil....

It doesnt really bother me but im just curious to see what others have done, I prefer ams oil but on there sight they have nothing for the rear but on here there is a vendor selling a complete kit... wierd?

I daily drive the car and occasionally auto-x. what do you guys suggest for me?

i know the amounts i need just would like to hear other experiences with other than oem fluids.

Thanks,
Paul

dont think it will help much. but ive been using redline shock proof in my 03 forever now in the transfer case. and the tranny i use the oem stuff and diaqueen on the rear also. when you buy from the dealership you get a gallon of the stuff so you can change it out more frequently or have a lil extra for the next time.

Amsoil has a complete drivetrain solution. I personally use amsoil in the tranny and oem in the rear diff and tcase.

AMSOil for Oil. OEM for other fluids. You can always run other fluids, dont thing there are many gains to be had here.
