Is there a way to disable all of the thread subscriptions I have and is there an option to no longer receive email updates threads or make it so that any thread I post in I am not default subscribed to? My email inbox gets inundated with updates and its driving me nuts.

 

UserCP>list subscriptions> click on the box to the right. at the bottom drop down. pick what you want it to do.
