ok so i found an evo i like here's the listing tell me is it too much??

If it is somewhere between $19k-20k, then you might consider it.

thanks for the new link and ya i went to look at it the the guy was asking me if i thought the price was to high and i said ya so he was looking to negotiate something i just got to go back soon when im sure about buying it

19-20k wouldn't be to bad. Generally I would start low, let them counter, go up a little, let them counter or explain to them why I am offering what I am. "lots of evos for sale right now, long distance to pickup, airfare and hotel costs etc etc." Let them counter again....and finally the patented "How about we meet in the middle?" Can always throw in the class "Are you really going to let$xxxx get in the way of making this deal?"

Always know the maximum your willing to pay before your negotiate.
