This thread has seriously gotten out of hand with a few people that clearly have a mental deficiency of some kind. First off how can any individual smart enough to have an EVO not be able to figure their own mileage. For the haters and trolls this is how it lays out.

I live aproximately 8 miles from work. Currently it is summer in Minneapolis with an average temp running around 82-86 F* during the days and 68-75 F* in the evenings. When driving to work/in city there are a crap ton of cops that are always prowling around so it is usually is unwise to haul *** and go WOT around drawing needless attention to me. For that reason dogs move faster than my ride but whatever. As for how I came up with my average I simply looked at the 308 on my dash and divided it by the 12.115 gallons it took to refill my tank last week. Hence my prior comment of a 12 gallon tank. A few weeks ago I drove up to my lake home going 65 to 75 the bulk of the trip and got 402 miles out of a fill of 12.19 gallons. I'll let you boys figure the math on the mileage from here.

It was a simple question, you don't have to get all cranky about it. I just had to ask because your numbers are just oddly higher than what most conservative Evo owners get.

Sorry Deeeznuuutz - my last post was not directed towards you. Your post was one of the only mature comments on this God forsaken thread so far.

Also the crankyness is attributed to the massive hangover this morning.

Never said you had to be a genious - I was alluding to the fact that most evo owners will build and tune their cars which takes an IQ greater than their age or how they may act (hopefully). And as for your grandpa ... Respect your elders; poor old guy would have a heart attack if he know you were bashing him.

most evo owners will take their cars to the shop...IQ is probably irrelevant to throwing money at a car, might be inversely related, but i've been in that situation so I can't say much more.

The equation and situation taken into consideration for gas mileage is endless and will vary per driver.

Yeah you're clearly not having enough fun with your Evo. But I am a little jealous since mine eats gas like a b****

of those most evo owners that bring the car to the shop probably do it cuz they have no clue what they are doing, thus dropping their iq, but on the other hand some people just have money to blow
