Heres the scoop. im leaving for Afghanistan soon and my car is going to a garage while im gone to have the AMS 2.3L stroker installed. When i get back im want to put a larger turbo inside. Now i know i need to do the basic bolt ons plus tune. Honestly what else do i need to run lets say a GT40 turbo. Im wanting to drop like 12000 down so im up for suggestions. thanks.

 

well if you have no other mods,... just seach bro. its all up to what you want. IMO the GT40 is a thing of the past. with all the new T3 67mm(FP 3794 and PTE 6765). and another thing is do you want all brand new stuff, or do what i did and buy al used bolt ons.

a quick list.
machined head(ams cnc, map stage 5, BR stage 3, ect)
cams(GSC, Kelford, Cossworth)
double pumper(BR, nuff said)
twin disc(exedy, quarter master, spec)
injectors(1450cc+ FIC, nuff said)
turbo kit.(id say 67mm, ETS, BR, AMS)
intake mani.(Magnus, DI, AMS, JMF)

while your waiting on your head to get done up, go ahead and send the tranny out to shep.

But read up on what other people have been doing. finds a build thread that someone posted and PM them with questions. also, read sigs.
