Sup guys.

I own a 2007 Lancer ES, the base model in auto, it sucks. I've had it for over a year and now it seems like it's time to start upgrading and modding it like I've always wanted to since I've been a kid. I've always loved cars but I've never really became interested as I have now, so I have a few very noobish questions.

The first thing I have a problem with is the interior. The wood panel on the dash is bugging me out, and I don't know where to look to get a new one and replace it.



Second thing is the front grille. It's not terrible, but I like the OEM one and I would like to swap it out, only thing is the grill is attached to the whole front bumper like so


Mine is not attached to the bumper, I can literally just screw it off



So if I were to get that OEM grill would I have to swap out my current bumper for the OEM one? I really don't want to do that, so is there just some sort of grill for my 07 I can get and install?
